The Therapy Project aims to provide affordable and compassionate care because everyone deserves support when they need it.
Our Mission
The Therapy Project is committed to providing compassionate, holistic mental health care to everyone, regardless of income or circumstance. individuals
Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to carry it by yourself. In one-on-one sessions, we’ll help you navigate anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions with care that’s personalized to you. Together, we’ll build tools for healing, resilience, and growth.
-
Couples and Families
Relationships shape our lives, but they’re not always easy. Whether you’re facing conflict, communication struggles, or major life changes, we’ll create a space where couples and families can reconnect, strengthen trust, and move forward together.
-
Materal Mental Health
Pregnancy and parenthood can bring joy, but also challenges that often go unseen. We specialize in supporting expectant and new parents through postpartum stress, mood changes, and the big transitions of family life, so you feel cared for while you care for others.
